Ilia is a product leader with over 15 years of experience leading high-performance teams and building products across companies like Google, Flatiron Health, DoubleClick, Admeld, and x.ai.

Ilia started as an engineer at DoubleClick, at the time one of the largest ad tech companies in the world. H product and engineering craft, he moved to product management, leading major launches and teams at all levels between startups and Google. His work at Admeld contributed to becoming the most advanced ad exchange of its time and the acquisition by Google.

Ilia also led the product and design teams at x.ai, an innovative scheduling assitant that was ahead of its time. Most recently Ilia led the data and interoperability teams at Flatiron Health, leading these key verticals for Flatiron's flagship OncoEMR product.

Ilia's current focus is helping product managers and product leaders take their craft and outcomes to the next level with the coaching practice.

He lives in New York with his wife, two children, and two cats.
